Pizza with peppers, pepperoni, mozzarella and capers Recipe

A fragrant, spicy pizza topped with peppers, pepperoni, capers and buffalo mozzarella.

  • Pizza kit with fresh tomato puree : 1 whole
  • Green pepper(s) : 1 whole
  • Yellow pepper(s) : 1 whole
  • Pepperoni slice(s) : 150 g
  • Capers : 50 g
  • Mozzarella : 2 whole
  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 200'C (gas mark 7).

  • ETAPE 2

    Peel the peppers and cut into fine strips. Drain the mozzarella balls and cut into slices.

  • ETAPE 3

    Spread the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Then spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough a few millimetres thick, arrange the sliced peppers, pepperoni and capers on top. Finish with the mozzarella slices.

  • ETAPE 4

    Bake for 10 minutes.
    When the mozzarella is lightly browned remove from the oven.

  • ETAPE 5

    Serve hot.
