  • Roll(s) of pizza dough : 1 whole
  • Artichoke cream : 100 g
  • Thin slice(s) of sundried tomato : 12 whole
  • Speck slice(s) : 6 whole
  • Parmesan : 100 g
  • Frozen broad bean(s) : 100 g


  • ETAPE 1

    Preheat the oven to 200'C (gas mark 6-7).

  • ETAPE 2

    Grate the parmesan. In a large pot boil salted water. Add the beans to the pot, cook for 3 minutes then drain and cool.

  • ETAPE 3

    Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet and prick with a fork. Spread the cream of artichoke over the dough, add the sun-dried tomatoes, beans and speck. Finish by sprinkling with grated parmesan.

  • ETAPE 4

    Bake for 10 minutes.
    When the parmesan is slightly browned remove from the oven and serve whilst still hot.
