Serrano ham and melon skewers Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Honeydew melon(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Slices of Serrano ham : 12 whole

  • For the vinaigrette
  • Honey : 20 g
  • Maille Dijon mustard : 15 g
  • Lime(s) : 1 whole
  • Olive oil : 200 ml
  • Fine salt : 1 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 2 Turn
  • 1For the skewers

    Cut the lemon in half, remove the seeds and the rind. Cut the fruit into 1.5 inch cubes.

    Cut ham slices in half and then wrap each piece of melon with a piece of ham. Slice three pieces of melon on wooden skewers.

    Keep chilled until ready to serve

  • 2For the dressing

    Mix together the olive oil, mustard, honey, lime zest and juice. Season with a little salt and black pepper. Whisk energetically to emulsify your dressing and drizzle over the skewers to serve.
