A simple, easy to follow recipe for tasty corn bread.
Preheat the oven to 220'C.
Line a baking tin with baking parchment.
Whisk together the eggs and the milk.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, corn meal, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add the egg and milk mixture to this bowl and bind together with a spoon. Combine well and then pour the mixture into the baking tin.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
