A quick, easy and delicious potato wedges recipe with Cajun spices.
Preheat the oven to 200'C.
Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place the wedges in a baking tray and season with Maldon sea salt, Cajun spice mix, black pepper and the oil. Lightly crush the garlic cloves and add to the potatoes whole.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Turn half way through so that the wedges colour on both sides.
