Edamame beans with yuzu salt Recipe

Soy edamame beans, blanched in boiling water and finished with yuzu salt.

Pour people
  • Frozen edamame beans : 250 g
  • Maldon salt : 20 pinch(es)
  • Yuzu juice : 15 ml
  • ETAPE 1

    Place a large sauce pan of water onto boil.

  • ETAPE 2

    Cut the ends off the beans.

  • ETAPE 3

    Cook the edamame beans for 2 minutes, remove and toss with the salt before serving.
