Preheat the oven to 200'C
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
Leave the chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Roast the chicken in the oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
