Ingredients
Pour people
  • Frozen pea(s) : 75 g
  • Salad crisp sweetcorn (140g) : 1 whole
  • Olive oil : 30 ml
  • Garlic clove(s) : 1 whole
  • Lemon(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Coarse salt : 3 g
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Cook the peas in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and cool in iced water.
    Drain the sweet corn.
    Crush the garlic clove.
    Juice the lemon.

  • ETAPE 2

    Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.

  • ETAPE 3

    Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

  • ETAPE 4

    Serve with warm pitta.
