Green Giant rice and pea salad Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Basmati rice : 150 g
  • Salad crisp sweetcorn (140g) : 1 whole
  • Frozen pea(s) : 100 g
  • Spring onion(s) : 3 whole
  • Coarse salt : 3 g
Method
  • 1

    Wash the Basmati rice and cook in boiling water until tender. Drain and allow to cool.
    Cook the peas for 3 minutes in boiling water and add to the rice.
    Drain the sweet corn.
    Thinly slice the spring onions and mix all the ingredients together.
