Summer fruit smoothie with Chobani yogurt and vanilla Recipe

Strawberries and raspberries blended with Chobani yogurt and flavoured with the seeds from a vanilla pod.

Pour people
  • Strawberries : 300 g
  • Fresh raspberries : 300 g
  • Vanilla pod(s) : 1 whole
  • Chobani yogurt : 300 g
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 1500 ml


  • ETAPE 1

    Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.

  • ETAPE 2

    Wash the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half and remove the stalks.

  • ETAPE 3

    Place the fruit and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  • ETAPE 4

    Serve in tall glasses and finish with a fresh mint leaf.
