  • Romaine lettuce(s) : 1 whole
  • Salad crisp sweetcorn (140g) : 1 whole
  • Red onion(s) : 0.5 whole
  • Lemon(s) : 1 whole
  • Olive oil : 100 ml
  • Maldon salt : 3 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 3 Turn
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Wash the lettuce leaves and then spin in a salad spinner.
    Peel and finely slice the red onion.
    Drain the sweetcorn.
    Zest and juice the lemon.

  • ETAPE 2

    Mix the lettuce with the red onion, sweetcorn and lemon zest.

  • ETAPE 3

    Make a dressing by whisking together the lemon juice and the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • ETAPE 4

    Dress the salad withe the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
