Summer sweet corn salsa Recipe

SA delicious summer spicy salsa, great with a variety of summer dishes

Pour people
  • Salad crisp sweetcorn (140g) : 1 whole
  • Cherry tomato(es) : 200 g
  • Flat leaf parsley : 28 bunch
  • Red chilli(s) : 1 whole
  • Garlic clove(s) : 2 whole
  • Olive oil : 15 ml
  • Lemon juice : 10 ml
  • Smoked sea salt : 3 g
  • ETAPE 1

    Drain the sweetcorn.
    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
    Pick and roughly chop the parsley.
    Juice the lemon.
    Peel and crush the garlic.
    De-seed and finely chop the chilli.

  • ETAPE 2

    Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately.
