SA delicious summer spicy salsa, great with a variety of summer dishes
Drain the sweetcorn.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Pick and roughly chop the parsley.
Juice the lemon.
Peel and crush the garlic.
De-seed and finely chop the chilli.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately.
