Cypriot dessert made with pastry and a cottage cheese filling.
Mix the flour, oil and salt in a machine with a dough hook, gradually add warm water until the mix starts to pull together and forms one piece, work with the machine for 5 minutes.
Roll out to 5 millimeter thickness.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Place a spoon full of the mix at spaced intervals down one side of the rolled pastry, brush with beaten egg and the fold over the other half of the pastry, cut into rings with a cutter a fry in a little oil till golden.
