Mango lassi Recipe

A wonderfully versatile and refreshing yoghurt drink blended with fresh mango.

Pour people
  • Natural yoghurt(s) : 200 g
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 100 ml
  • Mango(s) : 1 whole
  • Lime(s) : 1 whole
  • Palm sugar : 20 g
  • Saffron thread(s) : 1 pinch(es)
  • ETAPE 1

    Peel and cut the mango.
    Juice the lime.
    Add the ingredients to a blender, with ice if desired,and blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately in a tall glass.
