Onion raita Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Greek yogurt : 250 g
  • Onion(s) : 1 whole
  • Fresh mint : 1 bunch
  • Lemon(s) : 1 whole
  • Maldon salt : 2 pinch(es)
Method
  • 1

    Peel and finely slice the onion, sprinkle with the salt to soften for 10 minutes
    Pick the mint and slice.
    Mix the yoghurt with the mint and onions, season with the lemon juice to taste.
