Home made wrap Recipe

Nice soft tortilla wrap. Great for chicken salad wraps or bbq fillings.

Pour people
  • Plain flour : 450 g
  • Water : 200 ml
  • Cumin seed(s) : 1 Tsp
  • Maldon salt : 5 g


  • ETAPE 1

    Place flour in a bowl or electric mixer with the salt and cumin seeds. slowly start to add the water and knead until a soft, smooth but not sticky mixture is created. This should take about 5 min. Then separate into 6 even pieces and roll into a ball. With a rolling pin, roll the ball to about 5mm in thickness trying to keep a round shape, then fry in a dry pan until it starts to colour in one side, flip and continue on the other. Keep wraps covered in a clean cloth until ready to use to keep soft.
