A simple bread dough, this recipe using dried fruits and nuts for a sweet finish
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Preheat an oven to 220 *
Place all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix together by hand.
Add the milk and mix together to form a dough.
Do Not Overmix!
Shape into a ball on the lined baking tray and gently flatten out.
Cut into 6 segments with a dough scraper but do not seperate.
Dust with the extra flour and bake immediately in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with butter.
