Wash, dry and finely chop the mint and coriander.
Place the minced pork meat in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped herbs, the Chinese 5 spice powder, the whole egg and the pine nuts and mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls. Lightly coat with flour.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning them so that they brown evenly.
