Nighthawk's Peach Cobbler cocktail Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Fresh mint : 12 leaf
  • Lemon juice : 15 ml
  • Sugar syrup : 5 L
  • Peach liqueur : 20 ml
  • Peach bitter : 2 drop
  • Dry white wine : 40 ml
  • Apple juice : 40 ml
  • Ice cube(s) : 10 whole

    Begin by adding all of the liquid ingredients to your chosen shaking vessel – either classic one-piece or bartender's two-piece.*

    Gather your mint leaves in the palm of your hand and give them a firm slap, this will release the essential oils.

    Add the slapped mint leaves to your serving glass – high-ball/wine glass

    Fill your cocktail shaker, or toughened shaking glass, with cubed ice – and then fill your serving glass with cubed ice.

    Seal your shaking vessel closed – firmly shake for 8-10 seconds.

    Pour the mix into your iced-up serving glass – you might want to take a bar spoon and spread the leaves throughout the glass.

    Take a sprig of mint – only top few leaves needed – and give it a slap.

    Add the sprig to your glass - adjacent to a straw - with the top leaves above the liquid, pointed at the heavens. Enjoy!
