Deep Fried Plantain Recipe

Ingredients for people

  • Plantain(s) : 3 whole
  • Maldon salt : 5 pinch(es)
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 5 Turn
  • Frying oil : 1 L

    Heat the fryer at 180 degrees.

    Peel the banana and cut into 2 cm slices.

    Fry the banana until golden, remove from the oil and transfer to a paper towel.

    Season the banana with salt and black pepper before serving.
