  • Peach(es) in syrup : 6 whole
  • Strawberry sorbet : 0.5 L
  • Raspberry juice : 15 cl
  • Thyme sprig(s) : 2 whole
Method
  • ETAPE 1

    Cut the peach in half and take off the core.
    In a soup plate, place the peaches mumps.
    Place an ice scoop of the sorbet on top, and drizzle using the raspberry juice.
    Finally add a sprig of fresh thyme and a couple of hibiscus leaves.

«You can add hibiscus whipped cream to give a pinkish colour to the dish. »
