Ingredients

  • Pear(s) : 1 whole
  • Chocolate spread : 200 g
  • Plain flour : 75 g
  • Water : 18 cl
  • Peanut oil : 3 cl
Method
  • 1. FOR THE CRISPY BREAD

    Mix the flour, water and oil progressively to obtain a liquide batter.
    Heat a non-stick pan and pour in 1 tablespoon of batter. Let it brown for a few minutes, flip and remove to absorbant paper.

  • 2. FOR THE PLATING

    Use your homemade canned pears and chocolate spread for this recipe.

    Slice the pears in two lengthwise. Place them on the plate and drizzle with the sugar syrup.
    Serve with the chocolate spread and crispy bread tuile.
