Homemade chocolate spread Recipe

A delicious homemade spread made with dark and milk chocolate and praline paste.

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 18 cl
  • Double cream : 12 cl
  • Dark chocolate : 90 g
  • Milk chocolate : 80 g
  • Praline paste : 80 g
Method
  • 1. STERILISE THE JAR

    Use a 50 cl jar : Boil for several minutes. Let dry without wiping.
    Boil the rubber joint.

  • 2. FOR THE SPREAD

    Break up the chocolates and place in a bowl.
    Bring the milk and cream to a boil and add the praline paste.
    Pour this liquid onto the chocolate.
    Mix gently to melt the chocolate.

  • 3. FOR THE CANNING

    Fill the jar up to 2 cms from the top.
    Cover with the lid making sure the rubber joint is in place.
    Sterilise for 1h at 100°.
    Let cool.
