A delicious homemade spread made with dark and milk chocolate and praline paste.
Use a 50 cl jar : Boil for several minutes. Let dry without wiping.
Boil the rubber joint.
Break up the chocolates and place in a bowl.
Bring the milk and cream to a boil and add the praline paste.
Pour this liquid onto the chocolate.
Mix gently to melt the chocolate.
Fill the jar up to 2 cms from the top.
Cover with the lid making sure the rubber joint is in place.
Sterilise for 1h at 100°.
