Cut the beef in slives. Peel onions and cut them in dices. Clean shives and cut them in sticks (3cm). Peel peppers, cut them in long bands and shape flames.
In the hot wok, cook the beef with olive oil for 1 minute. Make it coloured and put it in a different plate. In the same wok, sweat the onions for 2minutes, add peppers , cover the wok for 3 minutes. Add shives, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and fond de volaille dehydrated. Add the beef and salt it.
Serve it in plates that look like wood, place the "flames" all around.
