Delicious halloumi fingers wrapped in filo pastry with a spooky look.
Cut the halloumi cheese into 2cm thick batons and keep aside.
Take filo pastry outside of wrap and cut each sheet into 6 long strips, keep covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
Melt the butter and keep aside.
Take one strip of filo pastry at the time and brush with the melted butter, cover with another one and wrap this around the halloumi batons leaving some gaps to make an uneven mummy look, cut the excess and put on a baking tray.
Cut the olives into thin slices and use two on each baton to make mummy eyes.
Once all are finished, brush melted butter over the top and add olive eyes. Bake for 8-10 min or until golden brown.
