Just as it sounds folks, mussels cooked with chorizo and beer.
Wash the mussels in cold water.
Remove the beards.
Check the mussels are closed tight and alive.
Crush the garlic clove and cut a few slices of chorizo.
Heat a small pan, add the chorizo and garlic until oil starts to release from the sausage, add some chilli if desired.
Add the mussels and beer. Cover with a lid
Cook for 3 minutes or until all mussels have opened.
