Butter and sage for raviolis Recipe

Lightly herb infused butter to use with fresh stuffed pasta for an indulgent dish

Ingredients
Pour people
  • Ravioli(s) : 18 g
  • Unsalted butter : 100 g
  • Sage sprig(s) : 4 whole
Method
  • 1. PART ONE OF THE RECIPE

    Gently drop ravioli into boiling water being careful not to break them or stir them heavily.

    Cook for about 90-120 seconds until pasta is Al dente.

    Carefully drain and reserve.

  • 2. PART TWO OF THE RECIPE

    On a hot pan add the butter and when it's almost fully melted add sage leaves and leave to infuse for a few seconds.

    Carefully add your ravioli and give them a gentle toss over the herby butter for a few more seconds.

    Serve immediately.

Chef's tip

«You can substitute sage for any other fresh herb you have available. Thyme and rosemary work really well too. »
