Choc-ado Mousse Recipe

A vegan-friendly, avocado and chocolate mousse. A great way to get your kids eating their vegetables.

Ingredients

Pour people
  • Avocado(s) : 2 whole
  • Agave syrup : 60 ml
  • Vanilla Paste : 1 tea spoon
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder : 50 g

Method

  • ETAPE 1

    Peel and remove the stone from the avocados and put in a blender.
    Add the vanilla, the cocoa powder and half of the agave syrup and blend until smooth.
    Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
