Chocolate and chia smoothie Recipe

A nice chocolate smoothie which you can hide some healthy stuff in and trick the kids in thinking its a milk shake.

Ingredients

Pour people
  • Semi-skimmed milk : 800 ml
  • Greek yogurt : 200 g
  • Banana(s) : 2 whole
  • Sweetened cocoa powder : 30 g
  • Chia seeds : 20 g
  • Linseeds : 20 g
  • Honey : 20 g

Method

  • ETAPE 1

    Its a good idea if you can grind the seeds in a blender of mortar and pestle first but it is not completely necessary. It may just make the lie that this is healthy to the kids, a little more believable.

  • ETAPE 2

    Just put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
