Ingredients

Pour people
  • Double cream : 600 ml
  • Dark chocolate : 300 g
  • Victoria pineapple : 1 whole
  • Apple(s) : 500 g
  • Pear(s) : 500 g
  • Mango(s) : 1 whole

Method

  • ETAPE 1

    Bring the cream to the boil, remove from the heat and pour in the chocolate.
    Leave this for 2 minutes then stir until smooth

  • ETAPE 2

    Peel the fruits and cut into equal sized pieces. Thread the fruit onto skewers.

  • ETAPE 3

    Dip the skewers into the chocolate. Enjoy!
