A very simple fudge recipe using one tin of condensed milk.
Melt the butter over a low heat in a pan.
Add the golden syrup, condensed milk and brown sugar and simmer for 10 minutes while constantly stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Remove from the heat, add the white chocolate and stir until melted to a smooth consistency.
Now pour the mixture into a square or rectangular tray and place inside the fridge until set.
Remove from the tray and cut the bar into squares and serve.
