Cut the tuna into small cubes.
Peel and finely slice the shallot. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix the sesame oil, five spice, shallot and garlic in a bowl. Add the tuna and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Wash the rocket and season with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Squeeze half of the lemon juice over the avocado to prevent it from turning brown. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Roughly chop the coriander leaves and add to the avocado. Season to taste. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Place the tuna cubes on to kebab skewers and season with salt.
Heat a frying pan and add a little olive oil. Add the tuna skewers to the pan and cook for about a minute on each side. Remove the tuna skewers from the pan and roll in the sesame seeds.
Serve the tuna skewers on top of the rocket leaves. Serve the tomatoes and the avocado alongside the skewers.
