Orange segments served with a cinnamon and star anise scented syrup and honeyed greek yogurt.
Place the sugar, water, star anise and cinnamon sticks into a small, heavy-based saucepan and cook over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Then turn up the heat and boil for 6-7 minutes, or until the syrup begins to thicken. Remove from the heat and set to one side to cool.
Remove the skin from the oranges with a sharp knife making sure to remove all the white pith. Remove the segments by cutting alongside either side of the membrane. Place the segments in a bowl and drizzle over the spiced syrup.
Mix the honey into the yogurt and serve alongside the spiced oranges.
