Preheat the oven to 200'C
Melt the butter on a low heat and add the blackberries. Fold in the flour and almonds. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and sugar together to form stiff peaks, then fold into the flour mixture.
Line the moulds with grease proof paper and place on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper. Fill the moulds with the mixture and bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
To check whether they are coked, prick with a cocktail stick. If the stick comes out dry, the financier is cooked.
Serve on a platter or individual plates.
